Membership of the Council shall be deemed to have terminated in the following cases. /p>

(c) If the resignation from the position of a member is accepted,

(d) If he is absent from the council meeting more than three times in a row without notifying the council with the reason. However, the Council may allow a member to be absent from the Council meeting for a maximum period of six months.
